Mitchell's Construction Solutions (MCS), (formerly Helping Hands) is a leader in performing all aspects of construction cleanup throughout NY State. Owner Ed Mitchell’s other projects have involved landscaping, maintaining onsite engineers office trailers, light interior demolition, and after-construction facilities maintenance. Mitchell's Construction Solutions just graduated from SBA's 8 (a) program, and is a certified MBE and SDB with NY State, the Federal Government, and City of Syracuse. MCS has held contracts with several Federal Agencies, Veterans Administration, USDA, Central NY Regional Transportation Authority, and Home Headquarters, among others. MCS is a member of the Minority Contractors Association, Syracuse Builders Exchange, PTAC Rochester, SSEA, and SSIC.
